Pro Academys believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of purchasing the course. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the course materials, live class links, or access credentials have already been shared with the customer.
  • In case of receipt of defective or inaccessible course content (e.g., videos not playing, files not downloading), please report the same to our Customer Support Team within 7 days of purchase. The issue will be reviewed, and the appropriate resolution will be provided once verified.
  • If you feel that the course purchased is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Support Team within 7 days of purchase. After reviewing your complaint, the team will take an appropriate decision regarding refunds or adjustments.
  • For complaints regarding courses or content that come with warranties or assurances from third-party providers, please refer to them directly as per their policies.
  • In case of any refunds approved by Pro Academys, it will take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
